Pass box is auxiliary equipment, mainly used for passing small objects between 2 clean areas or between clean areas and unclean areas. Pass box reduces the closing and opening times of the clean rooms, which helps to maintain a reasonable air pressure in the clean room. Pass box keeps the contamination condition to the lowest.
Air shower is a frequently used equipment in clean room. It removes dust particles on the surface of the goods effectively, so that dusts will not be brought into the clean room by goods. Meanwhile, air shower works as an air lock which separates clean area and unclean area to keep the pressure in the clean room steady.
HEPA filter or ULPA can be used in all types of clean rooms manufacturing electronic products or biological products or spaces within which air quality needs to be strictly controlled. Size (including length, width and height) can be customized.
