What is the MOQ and production capacity?
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 300 m² for PE/PVDF coated panels in standard colors. Our daily production capacity is approximately 20,000 pieces based on standard 1220 * 2440mm sheets of 4mm thickness.
What is the delivery time and payment options?
Standard delivery occurs within 10 to 15 days after confirmation of the contract and receipt of the deposit. Payment terms are 30% TT in advance, and 70% payable upon presentation of a copy of the BL.
What product warranties are provided?
We offer a 20-year warranty for PVDF KY coating used for outdoor applications. For Polyester (PE) coating, we offer an 8-year warranty for outdoor applications and a 10-year warranty for indoor installations.
What are the standard panel sizes and thicknesses?
Standard width sizes include 1000-1575mm (with 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 1550mm, and 2000mm recommended). Custom lengths are available up to 11500mm. Total panel thickness ranges from 2mm to 6mm (3-4mm recommended). Aluminum skin thicknesses are available from 0.05mm to 0.50mm.
Do you offer OEM and custom color services?
Yes, OEM services are fully supported. Simply provide your design files for customized protective film layouts. Custom color-matching services are also available to match the specific color codes you provide.
What testing certifications do the panels hold?
Our manufacturing standards comply with ISO9001:2008 Quality Systems, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Systems, and OHSAS18001:2007 Health Systems. Furthermore, the composite panels have successfully passed SGS, SGS-FR, and A2 FR fire safety testing.
