ROCKMAX dedicated to research chloride free mgo board over 10 years, with capacity of 70 containers per month. We are aiming to supply a safe mgo board for building industry. ROCKMAX Magply is an extreme high strength magnesium sulfate board. It is made from compressed magnesium oxysulfate cement, high density mesh fiber, waterproof polymers and other reinforcement. Bending strength and screw holding strength similar to OSB, it is 100% formaldehyde free green product and fire resistant. An innovative fire resistant board for LFS racking wall and fire resistant SIP.

Magnesium oxide board or "mgo board" in short, is a fireproof, waterproof, light weight, high strength, mildew and termite proof wall panel, with a thickness range from 4mm-30mm. It consists of 3 elements: magnesium oxide, salt, and crystal water.
Mgo board predominately comes in three different types depending on the salt used: magnesium oxychloride hydrate (which poses steel corrosion risks), magnesium oxysulfate hydrate, and magnesium oxyphosphate hydrate.
You can submit the board for a chloride content inspection to SGS. This standard testing procedure usually costs around $300-400 and takes approximately 7 working days to deliver the results.
