Fireproof Rock Wool Sandwich Panel Features
The new fireproof rock wool sandwich panel uses two layers of high-quality color-coated steel plates or other precision pressed metal plates as panels. After roller forming, the stripped rock wool is flipped 90 degrees (so that its fibers are perpendicular to the upper and lower steel plates). Through high-strength, high-adhesion, and high-fireproof adhesives, the high-quality rock wool/glass wool is strongly bonded to the metal panel to form a beautiful, flat, and tough building panel. The formed panels have excellent fireproof, heat-insulating, and environmentally friendly characteristics, providing an excellent choice for industrial building enclosure systems.
The core material of the new fireproof rock wool sandwich panel is an artificial inorganic fiber made of high-quality natural rocks such as basalt and gabbro as the main raw materials, which is melted and fiberized at high temperature. It has extremely low slag and dust content and does not absorb water. It is "real rock wool".
